You thought that penguins were only good for eating fish, sliding on their stomachs and being eaten by killer whales....and dunking in tea...but no longer.
It is now time for the penguins to come of age and complete the Penguathlon. This test of endurance for our flippered friends will see 20 of us cycle 100 miles from Leeds to Newcastle, run the Great North Run half marathon and then cycle back the way we came, over 3 days..oh yes.....all dressed as penguins.
We have a tough target to hit of £50,000 for Yorkshire Cancer Research and that's exluding the fish bill, so please dig deep.
