The 3 Peaks Challenge
4 minibuses (that's 68 heroes and heroines) are headed 421 miles up the UK from the University of Warwick to Ben Nevis. The 1344m mountain will stand no chance against our excitement! Scafell Pike at 987m is next, then a last agonising assault on the 1085m Snowdon. All of this, including the race against time between the 3 highest mountains of Scotland, England and Wales, will happen in 24 HOURS. It's each bus for themselves and we're SO ready for it!
What is 'Warwick in Africa'?
A philanthropic project entering its 6th year that grew from a crazy idea into the wonderful thing it is today - we reach thousands of African learners and teachers every year in South Africa, Tanzania and Ghana. Each summer growing numbers (55 this year) of Warwick students and alumni head to Africa for between 4 and 6 weeks to pass on our knowledge of and enthusiasm for Maths and English in particular to our African friends.
