This year Susie, Oli, Alex, Katie, Sylvan and Dorota have put on their running shoes and started training for the British 10K with varied levels of enthusiasm and confidence!

Even the most reluctant runners amongst Team Tender have been braving the elements so that they can raise funds to help promote healthy relationships in the lives of young people.  Tender uses drama and the arts to educate people to identify, avoid or escape from high risk relationships.  Their projects reach thousands of young people each year, giving them the tools they need to safeguard themselves against abuse and violence. 

16-25 year olds are at the highest risk of abusive relationships of any other age group.  This can have a startling impact on their physical and mental health, their emotional wellbeing and their ability to prosper at school or at work.  Tender's actions are making a real change, using high impact youth-led projects to empower young people.
