Everything changes when you find out you have cancer, from your social life to the way you look and it’s even harder when you're a young person being treated on a ward with elderly people or babies, you end up feeling scared and isolated – sometimes for months.

Teenage Cancer Trust builds amazing wards designed for young people, where they can be together and support each other. They have communal areas, pool tables, consoles, extended visiting times and specially trained staff to help.

Currently only 50% of teenagers and young adults with cancer in the UK have access to the specialist wards and care we provide. We need your help to give them the best possible quality of life and the best chance of survival.
