My personal message:

Well I did it ............I jumped off the Baltic.....twice in one day!!!!  The Zip Ride and Abseil were fantastic, but more so was the money raised for St Clare's hospice.  So a big thank you to everyone for their generous contributions and also for those who turned out to give me moral support on the day.
