Thames Path Walk · 17 April 2009

Losing your sight can be really frightening. Berkshire Vision provide vital emotional and practical support, and adapted sports and activities to over 1500 blind and visually impaired children and adults in Berkshire. We help reduce loneliness and isolation and build confidence and independence.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Together with Ahood and any crazed individual who wants to join in,  I will be walking the whole of the Thames Path over the summer - all 180 miles or almost 9 Marathons!  We plan to do it over 4 long weekends.  It is still in the planning stages so please dont sponsor  us just yet, unless you really want to!  We will let you all know when the Challenge is finalised! It's really a 180 mile pub crawl ,except we wont have time to stop in too many pubs  (unless we want serious liver damage).

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Berkshire County Blind Society gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
