the event is in aid of cancer research as this year i lost a friend in january to cancer then my own mum in march to cancer.the event is taking between 6 and 8 customers who dine in my pub/ restaurant, put them in the kitchen for a day, then do a service with them for 60 - 80 people, the basis of the menu will be 6 courses with petite fours and canapes also, all done by the kitchen apprentices. the standards will be high.So please dig deep and donate now.
