My personal message:

To all,

I will be returning to Cambodia in November for the first time in 36 years to cycle 450+km from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville in 5 days in aid of the International Childcare Trust (ICT). Whilst this trip will be a wonderful experience hopefully evoking lots of memories of my childhood (3 years in Phnom Penh between 1967-1970) I hope to raise a lot of money for ICT, a charity dedicated to supporting children's projects  around the world, so I urge you to break into your piggy banks and give generously to this wonderful cause.
