CHASE Hospice Care for Children

CHASE hospice care for children provides nursing, practical, and emotional support to families with children who are not expected to reach their 19th birthday, across South West London, Surrey and Sussex.

The CHASE service is committed to offering a personalised service to suit each family’s individual needs. Dedicated help is given starting immediately after diagnosis, through bereavement and beyond. This support is offered to families in their homes, their local communities and at our children’s hospice, Christopher’s.

The CHASE service is provided 365 days of the year at no cost to the families themselves.

CHASE needs to raise £4 million in every year to ensure our vital service continues. With minimal Government funding, we rely on donations to achieve this. Your help will enable us to continue to offer the full range of our invaluable services to families that need our help – letting them down is not an option!

My story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

A team of 8 of us will be cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats in only 5 days (that's 180 miles a day!) to raise money for CHASE children's hospice. Each rider will cycle the entire distance (it is not a relay!). For more detail see our website at www.raceforchase.co.uk.
