Not only are we crazy enough to run again having completed the London marathon in April but we are running this time in costume!!

On the 26th May 2007 we got married - on the 26th May 2008 we will be running the Bupa 10K in wedding gear in aid of Children Today. ..Sure is one way to celebrate your first wedding anniversay!

....it brings on the image of 'runaway bride' meet 'run fatboy run'.....

We are aiming to riase money for Children Today a charity that helps disabled children and young people achieve their full potential. They provide grants for vital equipment for children and young people in the UK and Northern Ireland. IN addition to this they raise awareness of the difficulties faced by young people and their families in accessing special equipment  and inform of the need for better services and provision for children and young people with disabilities.

Why have a target of £1000? - this is the average grant given to a child so would be enough to really change someone's life!
