Warrington Disability Partnership
Warrington Disability Partnership is a charity that aims to help remove the social barriers faced by disabled people, their families or carers and to support their independence throughout work and life. It offers disabled people services from: help and advice on Direct Payments to finding gainful employment, showrooms with the latest enabling equipment, free wheelchair loans, Sports Leisure & Recreation, a town centre Shopmobility scheme, opportunities to volunteer, a 'Discover IT' suite, an accessible holiday home in North Wales to even offering free day trips on our wheelchair accessible narrow boat 'Wizard'!

Warrington Disability Partnership’s accessible narrow boat ‘Wizard’ is based at Thorn Marine in Stockton Heath and run by volunteers. The Wizard provides free trips along the scenic canal for local disability groups, hospices, nursing homes and respite trips for disabled people, children and their families.
The Lions Club are raising funds to keep the Wizard going and in good repair.
Our walk will be starting at the Watch House, Stretford at 10am,(9 miles) or you can join us later at the Bay MaltonPub, Altrincham at 11 am.(4.5 miles). Both ending at The Bridgewater Club in Lymm.
All donations gratefully received.
