Hi and thank you for taking time to visit our justgiving page.
We are embarking on our third Great North Run this year again trying to raise as much money as we can for LEUKAEMIA & LYMPHOMA RESEARCH.
Let me introduce our team:
Catherine Curran: A natural born athlete, what Cath can't do on a race track isn't worth doing! Cath is a firm believer in red wine for rehydration, with it being made of grapes it makes up an essential part of her 5-a-day.
Scott Curran: Scott turned down a lucrative contract with the NBAs Denver Nuggets to concentrate on his Great North Run career. We are all backing Scott to not only break the 2 hour barrier but also sell a full kitchen and bathroom to at least one fellow competitor.
Matt Deighton: trying to fit training around being a new dad, Matt has managed to combine the two and can now do nappy changing whilst limbering up. His aerodynamic hair cut should help him to knock seconds off his time.
We are all really chuffed you have donated on this page, Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research is a charity that is close to all of us - anything you can give will be greatly received.
