Thanks for visiting my fundraising page, now give lots of money... it'll make you feel good! ...well, have a think and a read first then I (and Mercy Ministries) would be most obliged whatever you feel able to give - no amount is too small not to make a difference - and no amount too big to be considered excessive!
So if you're motivated by someone doing something to inspire your donation I'll be running the Great North Run this September. I ran this two years ago and picked up a time of 1:46ish... so I thought I'd set an ambitious target of getting under the 1hr 30 barrier. Obviously this will take quite a bit of training to achieve, so if you'd like to support me on this mission your donation and support is very much appreciated. - Unfortunately the training didn't quite happen as planned, never the less I achieved a personal best of 1:41 and a whole lot of pain!
If people laying down their lives to help another, less fortunate then them, is the kind of inspiration you require to loosen those purse strings then look no further then Mercy Ministries. These guys take young women who have found themselves caught in all soughts of difficulties, put them in a residential program and equip them with the skills to thrive both naturally and spiritually. - Having met some of the people involved with the charity (both workers and graduates) it would be great to be able to bless them as best much as we can.
