I am fundraising for the University of Greenwich Alumni Fund because it enables students that are in great need of support to complete their programme of study. It prevents them from dropping out by helping them to overcome the adversity with which they are faced.

The fund provides vital assistance to those with serious financial problems and a grant of as little as £20 can make the difference between a student giving up or graduating.

The fund also supports those with a disability or dyslexia by providing specialist equipment, resources and support.
