Having been a dedicated personal trainer for the last 8 years, I have come across all types of illnesses that have affected normal people's daily lives. This has given me the motivation use my skills to raise money for a fantastic charity that helps people from all walks of life with mental health problems,

I will be running the London Marathon in 2010 and need your help to reach my target of £1400.
