My personal message:

On the 7th June 2008 I will be attempting to swim 750m in a lake, bike 20km and run 5km in the scenic setting of Blenheim Palace as part of the Mazda Blenheim Triathlon in aid of the Williams Lea/Synthesis nominated charity "Winston's Wish".

Winston's Wish helps children rebuild their lives after the death of a parent or sibling, enabling them to face the future with hope. They offer practical support and guidance to families, professionals and anyone concerned about a grieving child.
