YoungMinds is the national charity committed to promoting and improving the mental health of children and young people across the UK. YoungMinds supports parents and children through an information service and publications, and works with professionals to develop their understanding of children's mental health through training and consultancy work. YoungMinds also encourages key decision makers to acknowledge children's mental health in public services.

My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I was hoping to do this with my wife Renu but she sadly suffered a leg fracture. So I ran alone but with her support. Just as well since she chose the charity! The charity is Young Minds, an organisation that helps children and young people with mental health difficulties. I need your support to help them continue their good work. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: YoungMinds gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
