My latest bit of madness is to run the London Marathon so here it is, wish me luck !

 

British Heart Foundtion is a charity very dear to my family as  I lost my Dad 9 years ago to a sudden heart attack.  I would like to try and raise as much money as possible for them.  

Please dig deep , and any donation no matter how big or small would be really gratefully recieved
