In the UK: Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. 35,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year. One man dies every hour of prostate cancer. The Prostate Cancer Charity is the UK’s leading charity working with people affected by prostate cancer. We fund research, provide support and information, and we campaign to improve the lives of men with prostate cancer. We provide the only UK-wide prostate cancer Helpline staffed by prostate cancer specialist nurses. Our nurses offer free and confidential information and support to anyone affected by prostate cancer. The Prostate Cancer Charity is working towards a world where lives are no longer limited by prostate cancer. The Charity is fighting prostate cancer on every front - through research, support, information and campaigning.

Hi Folks,

It's The Incredible Shrinking Man again - Welcome to my latest Project!

This autumn I am going to run 52 miles in 3 chunks.....

The Great North Run - Newcastle - 5th October - Half Marathon

The Great Eastern Run - Peterborough - 12th October - Half Marathon

Then the bog one, the one and only ORIGINAL and GENUINE MARATHON

The ATHENS CLASSIC MARATHON. 26.2 miles along the legendary route from the Battlefield at Marathon to Athens (finishing in the Olympic Stadium)!!

As usual, its all to raise desparately needed money for The Prostate Cancer Charity, both to support their brilliant research programmes, and to continue to run the amazing confidential Help Lines for sufferers and their families.
