Cardiac Risk in the Young

Hundreds of young people die unexpectedly of heart defects every year. CRY works to raise awareness of Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) and campaigns for proactive screening of young people. It offers help and support to those who have suffered a loss, provides medical information, carries out Mobile Cardiac Screening and ECG Testing Programmes within local communities and contributes to medical research. My story

This is Tom Clabburn's page.

We've completed the CRY Heart of London Bridges walk and we've raised far more money than we ever thought possible. A massive thank you to everyone who supported us.

Team Tom have raised £22,000. Thank you so much. We'll now be working with CRY to spend the money locally on measures to help to prevent undiagnosed heart conditions in young people. .

We walked for CRY because the charity has been terrifically supportive to us. They are working hard to ensure that as few families as possible have to go through what we are going through.
