It is a self-funding, self-help charity providing a variety of therapies, information and support to people living with MS, their families and carers. Its aim is to help members retain mobility and independence following diagnosisof this illness. It receives no statutory funding so fundraising is essential .

My story

Hi,

I have decided to set myself a challange and thought it would be a good idea to raise money for a good cause at the same time. Those people that know we well, know that I am not a sporty person or do regular exercise so the walk is more than a stroll in the park. The Coast to Coast is a 190 mile walk from St Bees to Robin Hood's Bay, and usually takes about 12 days. So I have set a target of 8 days carrying all supplies and tent on my back. I have been training every weekend and tryst me I need to do lots more!!

So please don't be shy and sponsor me.
