My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

My chosen charity is Breakthrough Breast Cancer.  Worldwide, breast cancer is the second most common type of cancer after lung cancer. Among women, breast cancer is by far the most common cause of cancer,  both in incidence and death.
In 2005, breast cancer caused 502,000 deaths worldwide. The number of cases  has significantly increased since the 1970s. Scientists do not know why. My close family has been deeply affected by this disease.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breakthrough Breast Cancer will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

I am running the 2008 London Marathon.  If you are going, please cheer me on and why not sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
