Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
In August 2009 I will be doing a sponsored cycle on behalf of the Thembinkosi Foundation, in association with the Roatary Club of Liverpool Garston.
I shall be cycling from Livingstone in Zambia, to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and then through Zims, including cycling through a stretch known as the 'valley of the lions', to the Botswana border. I will stay overnight in Kasane before cycling through the Chobe National Park to the Ngoma on the Namibian border and then onto Katimo Lulilo where I will cross back into Zambia. Once back in Zambia I will visit the site where the Zambezi International School is to be built before proceeding on the long trek back to Livingstone. The whole trip is about 450km's.
All the money raised by this event will go directly to the Thembinkosi Foundation and our project to build and sustain a school and a range of outreach projects in Zambia. All of the costs associated with the sponsored cycle will be met from my own pocket.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Thembinkosi Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
