Learning from local action... At Toynbee Hall we develop practical, innovative programmes for people of all ages. We offer advice and support to overcome disadvantage and we provide new challenges to empower local people and communities to fulfil their potential. Toynbee Hall has been working with the people of Tower Hamlets since 1884.
