<p><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: black; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">For those of you that know me ‘really’ well, you’ll know that I’ve never been the most active of people, and was often heard saying “do me a favour, while you’re there, can you pass me …” rather than summon the energy to fetch it myself … so for you – <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">you’d</em></strong> <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>better sit down to hear the news “I will be climbing the Welsh 3 Peaks at the beginning of June 2011, as part of the Hike and Bike Challenge in order to raise funds for the PTA of </span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: #7030a0; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">YGGG Llantrisant</span></strong><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: black; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"> (my children’s school).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: black; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">My ordeal, ahem, sorry, challenge is that I will climb Snowdon (1085 meters), Cadair Idris (892 meters) and Pen y Fan (886 metres) over the course of 3 days, in between each mountain, I will be part of the support crew for those mad enough to cycle from mountain to mountain, post-climb, so – no rest for the mildly wicked !!! </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: black; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">Our PTA is a registered Charity, (ref: 1136117) and all money raised directly benefits our children – in previous years, our PTA procured an outdoor classroom; blackout blinds; climbing/play ship; extra books and lots of other great facilities that encourage active, learned, healthy future-adults!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Obviously this cause is close to my heart, and not only because it’s a way of getting more of our salaries back in the form of Gift Aid, haha!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>If you could spare a few coppers, bob, or pounds I (and my children) will be eternally grateful <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"></span></span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: black; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">:o</span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: black; font-family: Wingdings; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;">)</span></span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: black; font-family: Wingdings; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;"></span></span><span style="font-size: 9.5pt; color: black; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"> </span></p>
