A friend of mine, Nick Avon has inspired me to raise funds for Ty Hafan. Nick has recovered from cancer, and is a lovely person, and in celebration of the birth of his granddaughter, has recorded a CD for Ty Hafan. 

To help him with his fundraising, I am aiming to raise £5,000 for Ty Hafan too.  

The help that Ty Hafan brings to the families of the children costs over £2.5 million per year - just to cover operating costs.  The peace of mind this brings to the families is priceless.  If you are able to, please consider a small donation, every pound helps!
