On Sunday 8th June, we are going to run (okay perhaps jog/walk/stagger) 10k from Warwick to Kenilworth Castle to raise money for the Myositis Support Group.  We would really appreciate if you will sponsor us and donate as little or as much as you can afford to this very worth cause
