Last year we moved house, got married, This year we felt we needed another challenge! 

This August we'll be donning our wet suits for a 750m swim in the Albert Docks; jumping on our bikes for 20km and finishing it off with a 5km run in the London Triathlon.  We estimate it will take 2 to 3 hours!

In aid of Leukaemia Research, and especially for Mum Ruth Birne, who is forever in our thoughts, your support is very much appreciated.
