About our charity
Transform Housing & Support helps 1,100 people every year to transform their lives. We provide accommodation and support to homeless and vulnerable people across Surrey, Sutton and Wokingham. (Transform Housing & Support is the operating name of Surrey Community Development Trust – founded 1972)
