Taking 12.5 hours to walk 26.2 miles may not seem like much of an acheivement to many of you, however, it has to be said, we are probably some of the unfittest people in the Gloucestershire area, so I think its miraculous that we finished at all, let alone at that speed!
When we came up with the idea of this walk all those months ago, we set ourselves a huge target to try and raise £5,000. We truely cannot believe the support we have had from you, and the generosity that you have all shown. We have smashed our target and everyday, the total is still rising. Quite frankly, you are all bloody brilliant - Thank you x

We are a team of nine ladies who have recently lost a wonderful friend to Breast cancer. Tracey was only 28 when she was diagnosed and she battled the disease for almost two years. Unfortunately, Traceys battle was lost and she died at the age of 30.
Throughout her illness Tracey remained positive and bright, caring more about others emotions rather than her own. It is because of this beautiful attitude that we have decided to get up and support The Cobalt Appeal.
The nine of us all worked with Tracey and we were proud to call her a friend as well as a colleague. We are walking a marathon in honour of Tracey - a true friend.
By raising money and awareness for The Cobalt Appeal we are hoping to give other women an even better chance of fighting Breast Cancer.
