My story
Hi there!
We are the Trihard team and this year we are looking to push ourselves to the limit by completing three challenges, what with it being the Olympic Games year and with 40th birthdays looming...
The Trihard is an independently organised challenge, with members of the team entering into a varying mix of the following challenges :
- The Rock and Roll Half Marathon, Edinburgh: Rachel Moir, David Moir
- Land's End to John O'Groats Cycle: Rachel Moir, David Moir, Phil Stephens, Mike Disbury
- The Tough Mudder, Dumfries: Rachel Moir, David Moir, Phil Stephens, Alisdair Smith, Duncan Shearer, Andrew Pitchforth, Sam Weir
-The Glasgow to Edinburgh 100 mile Sportive: Phil Stephens

Although we are doing this for kicks, we are also raising money for Cancer Research UK, the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research, along the way. So please dig deep and sponsor our challenge!
