Hi Everyone

I have again taken up a challenge to Trek in Nepal 31st March - 10th April 2011! We hike in the Annapurna region to the summit of Poon Hill reaching 3210m.

Again I ask if you would all show your support and sponsor me in order to raise money for such a great cause!  Dogs for the Disabled is a small charity but does such fantastic work and changes so many lives! The dogs are trained to assist people who have a debilitating illness or injured in a road accident, those who suffer from Autism and our injured service personnell! 

So you can help by sponsoring me you could be changing someones life!  I have several things planned this year already getting off to doing talks on either the work of the charity or my Peru Trek adventure.

If you would like me to come along to give a talk then contact me by emailing me trishfield2004@yahoo.co.uk .  I also hope to do a 50mile walk in April so if you would like to help by supporting me that is fantastic!
