Cancer has affected precious people in both mine and Caroline's life ,and I am sure many of you can say the same. I hope that with some physical effort on my part I can raise cash that is vital for researching and hopefully in the future preventing this destructive disease

Rather than sponsoring one single event, you are sponsoring me to complete a number of events over the 2006 Triathlon season. The final event will be the UK Ironman over a distance of 2.4 mile swim/112mile Bike and 26.2Mile Run.

*Update* Just finished the Windsor Olympic Triathlon in 2:43:00. I was hoping for 2:45 so very happy with that. Training is really picking up now with the Ironman only 8 weeks away!, I will be averaging between 13-16 hours a week leading upto the event. Lets hope it all goes well.
