Hello everyone

After the euphoria of running the 2007 London Marathon, I have decided to run the prestigious British 10km on Sunday July 6th.

My nominated charity is OneWorld Action who do fantastic work throughout the less developed world especially in Africa!. So, jump on board and support!!

Please support me on my run around London and also come down to check out the biggest 10km in the UK.
