Thanks for visiting Tubbytastic's (named according to our dress when we met on Andorra's ski slopes) fundraising page.

Shane Hampsheir, Andrew McInnes, Lindsay Shearer, Emma Hughes and George Mills are taking part in the 'Sucata Run'- a European banger rally. We have a budget of £250 to spend on a car we must trust in getting us 2000km longitudinally down Western Europe. Mental, i know! We'll be leaving the mainland, and driving down through France and Spain, to Cabo da Roca in Portugal, Europe's most westerly point.

Its gonna be a challenge (shane cant double book himself; george wont have any ex's to argue with; no playstation for andy; and what will emma and linz do without their straighteners) but its one we're relishing, and its for a good cause. "Gemin-i.org" improve education in various different ways across the developing and developed worlds, encouraging conversation rather than conflict, where there may be cultural imbalances.

we would greatly appreciate all donations (however big or small... yadda yadda yadda). We also aim to decorate our banger, tellytubby style but have decided to sell advertising space on various panels of the car to aid our fundraising. So, if you would like to make us an offer and get your company advertised throughout our journey, you may well get a nice big tellytubby hug :)
