The residents and staff at Valerie Manor are at it again! As you may know, we
like to keep busy at Valerie Manor and if we can combine it with raising money
for a good cause then even better!
We are inviting friends and families of Valerie Manor to a Go Green for St Barnabas tea party on Thursday
17th June 2010. We will be asking visitors to make a donation for
their tea and ‘green’ cake and of course the pleasure of seeing the residents
and staff all dressed up for the afternoon! All donations will go directly to St
Barnabas, whose staff have supported several residents, families and staff
at Valerie Manor through difficult times. (Please see detailed information
regarding the fund raising event below)
Robin (mum) is also busy organising the lounge / diner to be decorated in
green, creating a green quiz for the residents and flower arranging during the
morning which the residents suggested themselves.
