Hello family, friends….. and people my girlfriend has forced to visit this page so they can donate money!
From 5th to 7th September I will be taking part in Wild UK to raise money for the Prince’s Trust. The three-day event will see me covering 100 miles by running, hiking, biking, kayaking and sweating an awful lot. It will be a huge challenge, not least because I have never been anywhere near a kayak and don’t currently own a bike.
But come September I will be a bike-owning kayaking demon, ready to trek from the West Somerset to South Devon. And hopefully I’ll be able to do it without breaking body parts. Or getting lost.
If that isn’t enough of a reason to sponsor me, I’ll be spending three nights sleeping in a tent. With my very sweaty team mates. That might be the biggest challenge of all.
If you would like to sponsor me, and perhaps provide a few plasters for the blisters I will no doubt get, that would be much appreciated.
