Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. One of the most important things that I had discovered when I 21 was meditation. Meditation has helped me to understand myself more clearly as well live a more fulfilling life. I have decided to support this charity because I feel a strong connection with their message. I believe that children are our future and helping children to live wiser lives is a valuable way to help more people on this planet live peacefully with each other.

The mission of SFK is to build life skills that promote social and emotional development in every child. SFK teach children to be more responsible by making decisions that reflect a consciousness of others and the world in which they are a part.  SFK  teach children the tools to empower them to meet life's challenges, thereby helping them reach their full potential. SFK gives children an awareness of themselves, of others, and of the interconnectedness of all things so that they become caring, successful, and effective individuals.

I wish I had discovered  SFK  when I was young. Rather then choose to regret that I had not met people from SFK , I have chosen to help more children have the opportunity to be given tools to live richer and enlightened lives.
