Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Richard Langhorn Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

The Richard Langhorn Trust supports disabled and disadvantaged children in a sporting environment in memory of Richard Langhorn who played for Harlequins RFC. Also, the Trust is Harlequins' chosen charity for next season.

This is the biggest challenge I have ever attempted and for such a worthwhile cause. The challenge takes place at a secret location in Herefordshire and is made up of a series of physical, cerebral and survival tasks. Yikes! GI Jane watch out!
