The Old Mutual Two Oceans Ultra Marathon is renowned for being the most beautiful and yet challenging Ultra Marathon's in the World. Commencing on the Indian ocean coast line, circling and ascending the fabulous Table Mountain on the Atlantic side of the Western Cape, finishing in Newlands some 5+ hours or 56K/35 miles later. http://www.twooceansmarathon.org.za/history

The fantastic team at Verteda have supported CAFT previously, running 10KM races to help raise funds for this worthy charity and maximise awareness of their amazing work.
