THANKS FOR VISITING MY FUNDRAISING PAGE
The Challenge
On 3 July off come the heels and on go the hiking boots when I plan to take on the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) all within 24 hours to raise funds for WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals).
The distance walked is around 25 miles, the height climbed is around 10,000 feet and the distance covered between mountains is about 450 miles via minibus (do they serve jager bombs on the bus? ;o)

The Charity - www.wspa.org.uk
I have a huge soft spot for animals and I support the amazing work that WSPA do for so many of these helpless little creatures. WSPAs vision is of a world where animal welfare matters and animal cruelty ends. WSPA has been promoting animal welfare for more than 25 years. Their work is concentrated in regions of the world where few, if any, measures exist to protect animals.

The Sacrifice
Weaning off alcohol ..... Getting into training ....
The Aim
To raise as much money as possible for such a great cause.
Getting fitter and healthier along the way
Making it to the bottom of Snowdon with enough energy left to raise a glass of champers or 4.
The Target
My fundraising target is £3,500 (£850 of which is the minimum sponsorship to participate in the event).
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: World Society For The Protection Of Animals gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!!!!!
Thanks so much for your support.
