Breast Cancer kills over 13,000 people in the UK every year, making it the commonest single cause of death among women aged 35-54 years.  One in 9 women in the UK will develop the disease in their lifetime.  With statistics like these, it is likely that we will all be affected in some way by this disease, be it personally or through someone we love.  We decided to raise money for this charity as Vicki's aunt very sadly died from breast cancer and her Dad has recently been raising money for this very worthwhile cause.  Against Breast Cancer conducts research into 3 areas: biochemistry; immunology; and diet & lifestyle, with the aim of improving the care, treatment and survival rates of women with, and at risk of, the disease.
So please support us!  We have been out training at all times of the day and night, in all weathers, and in all locations - whether that be the hills of Henley, the sleet of Silverstone or the bucketing rains of Bath!  Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated.
