10k might not seem like a very challenging run to some but to a lifelong non-runner such as me, this challenge feels huge! A couple of my friends have done the London 10k for the last few years and I've been a very active supporter from the sidelines. This year I've decided to do it!
NMC is a great charity to be doing this for as they work really hard to provide much needed support for people with Muscular Dystrophy.
