My name is Edward Spencer and I completed the event that I have been training for for the past few months.I ran/walked and limped 40.55 Miles along the Piccadilly Line )via road) from Uxbridge to Cockfosters in just over 9 hours.
It would have been quicker but I sustained a foot injury after 16 miles so the last 24 was a struggle to say the least! The last 4 miles or so from Arnos Grove to Cockfosters was done at a limp as I could barely walk.
I was determined to finish so as to raise money for this fantastic cause.
