This walk marks the 4 year anniversary of the the walk to Grays completed by Dave Goode, Tim Brice and Jon Smith. Hopefully we will raise just as much if not more than last times effort. However, in 2005 we had 7 days to complete our 165 mile trek. The walk to Histon sees us depart on Wednesday morning (9th Sept) leaving us 3days to complete our 115mile walk. Any donation is gratefully received, the air ambulance relies soley on funding from the public and receives no backing from the Government or NHS- shocking really when considering their usage costs for a typical year are less than £3million.
Hopefully with your support, walks like this can become a regular occurance every season.
