Story
On Sunday 06 April the BBC and other media outlets reported the "chaotic scenes" at the Sheffield Half Marathon after organisers were let down by a supplier and had no water. Despite this setback many courageous runners opted to press ahead with their challenge against the wishes of organisers and police.
Yet, whilst this was a blow to thousands this morning, there are millions of adults and children across the world who don't have access to clean drinking water at any time.
To support those who have battled on in Sheffield, can you give a little to help some of the poorest around the world?
According to WaterAid's website:
£15 pays for tools to build a well
£25 pays for training a local water and sanitation committee
£50 pays for training a village pump mechanic
