Hi everyone we completed the run on Sunday it took us 65min to finish the 10k distance. Thank u to everyone who has donated it means a lot to me and Gary!!

Hi Everyone!

This year we are doing the Manchester 10k on 16th May yes the day after the FA cup final.

We are raising money for Parkinsons Disease as it is something close to our family at the moment, and we would appreciate any donation you can give!

So dig down the side of your sofa! Go home a drink early from the pub! Anything will be massively appreciated by our family!!

We will be running in a pink vest (not my choice, but the charities) so if anyone is about in Manchester, please come down and shout at us to hurry up!

We have set a generous target but if we can hit it we will be so pleased with you all.
