Jamie, Jack & Nathan (along with some of Nathans work friends) are taking part in a sponsored waxing to raise money for SERV - Blood Runners (Service by Emergency Rider Volunteers) in recognition of their wonderful commitment, and in the name of our 5 year old cousin Harrison who is coming to the end of 3 years treatment for Leukemia.
They are a charity that transports Blood, Platelets, Plasma, Samples, Vaccines & any other urgently required medical items to hospitals 365 days a year.
This service is provided completely free of charge, allowing the NHS to divert funds to where they are needed most..
SERV is a Registered Charity (#284455) that covers the South East of England and is run by dedicated volunteers who receive no financial compensation for their time or costs
SERV Provides a service that has saved many lives, yet receives no government funding
Their costs are met by donations from members of the public and corporate sponsorship
