We both completed the London Marathon.
Despite the hot weather,aches and pains our times were 4.41 (Lloyd) and 4.51 (Daniel).

It was a terrific day. The support from all the various well known charties was outstanding,with our own Breakthrough crew helping us along the way.
Running for such a worthwhile cause really helps the pain to ease over the next few days. Once you cross that finish line, your emotions truly run high . The boost that your body receives is only exceeded by the boost to the funds of the charity one supports.
The tireless work people at Breakthrough do for the cause is outstanding, we should be very humble - they need to be rewarded by lunatics like us two! They see the benefits on the money raised immediately.
Charities have see a significant drop in income in these difficult times, so more than ever we need to find ways to help this important cause.
