My story

We would like to thank everyone who has donated to this appeal. We have had an overwhelming response. Due to your generosity, and in particular from Sanddvik Mining Company, we have been able to provide John with his much needed wheelchair. We shall be using the excess money to provide a wheelchair for another special needs person in Mfuwe.

Project Luanwga helps to support over 20 schools, ranging from pre-school to Secondary. Classes may have up to 100 children sitting on the floor; there are few desks, and an average of one text book for every seven children. Our aim is to improve the quality and availability of education for all.
